Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.

Products and information

We sell FuelD Pre-Workout Sports Drink in the packs and plans shown on the site. We take care to keep descriptions, images and prices accurate, but mistakes can happen. The label on the product is the final reference for ingredients, nutrition and storage. If we find an error, we may correct it and cancel affected orders, with a full refund of any amount paid.

Health notice

FuelD is a food and beverage product, not a medicine. It is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or take medication, please speak to your doctor before use. Read the label for ingredients and allergens before you drink it. FSSAI Licence No.: 21226008004678.

Prices and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹), shown as the maximum retail price (MRP) and inclusive of GST. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. We may change prices for future orders.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or message. You can pay online through Razorpay using the methods shown at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery at present. We may refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, there is a pricing error, we suspect fraud, or the delivery address is outside our delivery area. We will refund any amount you have paid for a cancelled order.

Delivery area

Online checkout is currently open for delivery within Karnataka. If you are outside Karnataka, you can contact us on WhatsApp at 9980101283 to ask about an order. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Prepaid monthly plans

We offer two prepaid plans: 30 bottles for ₹1,600, delivered in 2 boxes, and 60 bottles for ₹3,000, delivered in 4 boxes. Each box contains 15 bottles, and boxes are delivered one per month.

• You pay the full plan price once, at checkout. These plans do not renew automatically and we do not charge your account again.
• The first box is dispatched as described in our Shipping Policy. The next boxes follow about 30 days after the previous box.
• Pausing or skipping a delivery: tell us at least 3 days before the next dispatch date. You may pause a plan once, for up to 30 days.
• Cancelling a plan and refunds for undelivered boxes: see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Refunds and cancellations

These are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the brand names, logo, images and text, belongs to Mys Nutriment Private Limited. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. You may always approach the Consumer Commission with jurisdiction over the place where you live or work. For any other dispute, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
