This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules.

What we collect
- Identity and contact details: your name, phone number, email address, and billing and delivery address, when you place an order, create an account or contact us.
- Order details: products bought, order value, delivery status and order history.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.
- Messages: what you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking details. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay, under its own security and privacy terms.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders, including refunds and complaints.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates and service messages.
- To send offers or news about FuelD and new products, only if you agree. You can withdraw that agreement at any time.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and meet legal, accounting and tax requirements.
- To understand how the site is used, and improve it.
We use your data only for these purposes. For orders, we process it because you asked us to supply a product. For marketing and non-essential cookies, we rely on your consent.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with service providers working for us: Razorpay (payments); Shiprocket and its courier partners, and our local delivery partner (delivery); and our website host (Hostinger, India), analytics and email providers, and the WhatsApp chat tool on this site. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data when the law or a government authority requires it.
