Where we deliver
Online checkout is currently open for addresses in Karnataka.
- Bengaluru: delivered through Shiprocket and its courier partners.
- Other places in Karnataka: delivered by our local delivery partner.
- Outside Karnataka: online orders are not available yet. Please contact us on WhatsApp at 9980101283 to ask about your order.

Processing time
Orders are packed and handed over for delivery within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 1 to 3 business days in Bengaluru and 3 to 5 business days elsewhere in Karnataka, counted from dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of weather, strikes, festivals or courier issues. We will tell you if your order is delayed.
Prepaid plans
For the 30-bottle and 60-bottle plans, every delivery is a box of 15 bottles. The first box ships as described above. The remaining boxes ship about once a month, and we will message you before each dispatch.
Shipping charges
A flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹500. Delivery is free on orders of ₹500 and above. Charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we send an email or message with tracking details. You can also check your order under My Account.
Receiving your order
Please give a correct address and a phone number that is reachable, and make sure someone can receive the parcel. We make 2 delivery attempts. If both fail, the parcel comes back to us, and you pay for re-delivery if you still want the order.
Damaged or tampered parcels
Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it looks damaged, leaking or tampered with, take photos or a video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
